My dog is like my little boy. He is such a huge part of my life, and I absolutely consider him family, not just a dog. That is why when he is not feeling well, I get concerned and want to do what I can to help him feel better. He had diarrhea for the first time in ages a few weeks ago, and I wanted to make sure I didn’t do anything wrong. I did a search to find out what to give my dog for upset stomach and diarrhea, and that led me to a website that is pretty fabulous.
It does handle the ickier side of having dogs since they can get sick just like we humans do. There are so many other things on this site though, and I actually had fun reading through all of the articles. What makes it so nice is that it is not written in a language that requires a college degree to read it. It is very down to earth with quality information that can actually a pet’s life. I was just happy to see that there was a lot of information there about diarrhea.
I was glad that I did not have to get him in the car so we could go to the vet. If doggy diarrhea lasts for more than a couple of days, that is a different story. Thankfully, my boy only had it for one day. I was finally able to figure out what happened. I had given him a new treat the day before, and it just did not mesh well with his insides. It was from a reputable dog treat company, but I decided to stop feeding him treats like that. I now make my own thanks to the recipes I found on this website.
